As a small team with limited resources, Hanna Sillitoe Skincare were struggling to complete their assessment for B Corp certification. We came alongside, providing support and mentoring and identifying opportunities to improve their positive impact and sustainability.
We started the project with an in-depth review of the BIA application. We identified what needed to be improved or clarified and offered advice on best practice to capture, track and report on impact and sustainability.
There were areas to increase positive impact, so we guided the team on how to incorporate these into the future business and comms strategy, mentoring and supporting throughout.
The result was a substantial increase in total BIA score and a renewed appetite for positive impact throughout the company’s operations. We look forward to seeing the results over the coming months and the bright future ahead for this inspirational brand.
