As a pharmaceutical with a global presence, our client wanted a strong, engaging brand identity for their new app. It needed to be easily recognisable on all comms channels and materials.

After working closely with their team to create this identity, we began to develop a full communications toolkit. It was important that internal teams had a consistent message and approach so we briefed communicators across the organisation, making sure everyone was engaged.

We identified the most sustainable practices for communication and delivered a centralised SharePoint site that significantly reduced emails.

The result was a successful roll-out of the app for over 10,000 employees. Through the sustainable comms practices we employed, we were able to save the equivalent amount of CO2e created by driving a petrol car from London to Edinburgh more than 20 times.
