Our client, a major player in global pharmaceuticals, asked us to coordinate and deliver a communications programme. The goal was to bring several cross-company initiatives together under one brand identity, celebrating key project milestones and creating engagement for the overall transformation programme.

We went to work on a plan for communications, tailored to support stakeholders through a journey of change. Our comprehensive Communications Toolkit comprised a detailed overview of the programme as well as key messages, FAQs and proof points.

To engage as many people as possible, we developed content for online seminars and delivered them to over 2,800 employees. Our work on branding, visual assets and exhibition materials made all the work cohesive and the videos we produced to highlight key programme themes proved to be excellent tools for engagement.

As the project brief evolved, our work to help people adopt change throughout the transformation evolved alongside it. With over 26 face-to-face events, a month-long virtual event and the seminars, we celebrated over 90,000 interactions across the internal business platform.
