If a business told you it had changed its name, you might shrug and say “OK”. But if they told you they were on a mission to create a ripple effect of positive change, and were changing their name as a part of making that a reality, you might feel how much significance a name can hold.

We’ve been AG Communications since 2010 when our founder Lynne Ashcroft Griffiths set out to help women find decent and flexible work that built upon their professional expertise. Since those beginnings, we’ve expanded to become a team of experts and collaborators delivering the kind of projects that create positive change for people and planet. Gender equality and climate action sit at the core of everything we do and our work aligns with three of the United Nations Sustainability Goals – #5: Gender Equality, #8. Decent Work & Economic Growth and #13: Climate Action.

Over the past few years we’ve been building on our core services – communications, strategy design and delivery, training, coaching, mentoring and culture, engagement and change support – to help more businesses with their ESG initiatives. From completing better business certifications, like B Corp, to becoming carbon literate, we’re helping more business leaders to activate their purpose, communicate with clarity and empower positive change.

And that’s why our name change is so important. It’s not just about what we call ourselves – it’s about everything we stand for, both now and in the future.

From June 19th we’ll be known as AG Impact rather than AG Communications. You’ll notice new branding, new email addresses and a brand new, low carbon website that reflects our intention.

We’re here to help you clarify your objectives, transform your plans into impact and communicate in a way that’s truly inspirational. And as we amplify all the good work you’re doing, collectively we’ll make an even bigger impact together.

Look out for us as AG Impact from June 19th.
